If you need work on your garage doors, look no further. Express Garage Doors was not only fast great service, but they were very reasonable with their repair rates and the communication was superb. I had a mishap on my double garage door (at almost midnight) and ended up with a garage door half open and slanted sideways on a cold rainy night. Ron answered the call! He immediately put my mind at ease when he showed up in record timing, instantly gave me a great emergency repair quote, and then proceeded to install the new rollers I had ordered at no extra charge! Had a torsion spring fail on my garage door just short of 10 years on a Friday evening. Called around and Ron was able to slot me in early the following morning. Good communication via cell on ETA, and overall on the repair process, as well as what you the homeowner can do to keep everything in good working order. Asked if he could return to make some adjustments to the balance and Ron had no issues with setting aside time out of his day to do so. Thanks for the great service, highly recommended!
